Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or cancellation, but please contact me for any problem with your order.

How long does my order take to ship?

All standard orders are processed within a maximum of 5 working days. For custom orders, processing time varies.

Estimated delivery time:

• United States: 4 to 7 business days

• International: 6 to 12 business days

• *These times are estimation of the postal service and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by the post and/or customs.

Custom and import taxes 

When a package crosses a border, additional charges may apply. Any customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the client. I am not responsible for additional costs and delays caused by customs. Please inquire at your country's customs office for more information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are for standard delivery and vary depending on destination and weight of the parcel. Delivery in USA always comes with a tracking number. For international delivery, you have the option with tracking number or without tracking number.
